Cancellation, Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy

This policy explains how order cancellation, returns, replacements, claims, and approved refund exceptions work for Yuri Tools.

Yuri Tools products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once sold, except in approved cases where the product is received damaged, faulty at delivery, wrong, or incomplete.

This policy applies mainly to products purchased directly from Yuri Tools through yurigroup.com or direct official channels.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before order confirmation, packing, or dispatch, whichever happens first.

Once an order is confirmed, packed, dispatched, or handed over for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

Orders placed during sale, clearance, promotional, special pricing, dealer, distributor, bulk, or custom quotation terms may not be cancellable unless approved by Yuri Tools.

Yuri Tools reserves the right to cancel any suspicious, fraudulent, incorrect, unavailable, or unserviceable order.

Cancellation Charges

For approved cancellations, payment gateway charges, processing charges, or other applicable deductions may be deducted from the refundable amount.

The final cancellation approval and deduction amount may depend on payment mode, order status, processing stage, and applicable business terms.

Non-Returnable Products

Most abrasives, accessories, industrial consumables, and tool-related products are non-returnable once sold.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product selection by customer
  • Product no longer required
  • Used products
  • Installed products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect machine compatibility
  • Over-speed usage
  • Mishandling
  • Unsafe operation
  • Products purchased during final sale, clearance, or special promotion, where applicable

Eligible Replacement Cases

Yuri Tools may review replacement requests only for:

  • Wrong product received
  • Product received damaged
  • Product received faulty at delivery
  • Missing item
  • Incomplete order
  • Transit damage
  • Manufacturing defect visible before use

Claim Reporting Window

Customers must report eligible concerns within 72 hours after delivery.

The delivery date may be verified using courier tracking details, delivery proof, dispatch records, or other available confirmation.

Claims raised after 72 hours may not be accepted.

Mandatory Proof Required

Customers must provide:

  • Invoice or proof of purchase
  • Order details
  • Product photos
  • Packaging photos
  • Clear explanation of the issue
  • Mandatory unboxing video

Unboxing Video Requirement

The unboxing video must be recorded before opening the parcel.

It must clearly show:

  • Sealed parcel before opening
  • Shipping label, order ID, invoice label, or courier AWB
  • All sides of the outer package
  • Parcel condition
  • Opening process
  • Product inside the parcel
  • Accessories or missing items, if applicable
  • The damage, defect, wrong product, or issue being reported

The video must be one continuous clip without cuts, pauses, edits, or merged footage.

Claims without proper evidence may not be accepted.

Reverse Shipping

For approved replacement cases related to direct purchases from Yuri Tools, Yuri Tools will bear the eligible reverse shipping cost.

Customers should not return any product without written confirmation from Yuri Tools.

If a product is returned without approval or to an incorrect address, Yuri Tools may not be responsible for loss, delay, damage, or additional shipping cost.

Dealer, Distributor, Reseller, or Marketplace Purchases

If the product was purchased from a dealer, distributor, reseller, marketplace, or third-party seller, the customer must raise the claim with the respective seller.

The dealer or seller will be responsible for handling the claim according to their own terms.

Approved Refund Exceptions

Yuri Tools products are not refundable as a general return option.

A refund may be considered only in selected approved cases, such as:

  • Yuri Tools cancels an order before dispatch
  • Product cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability
  • Replacement is approved but the same product is unavailable
  • Payment-related issue is verified and accepted
  • Refund is required under applicable business or legal conditions

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved by Yuri Tools, the eligible amount is usually processed within 5 to 7 business days.

The final credit timeline may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, UPI provider, wallet provider, payment gateway, or payment method.

Replacement Review

Yuri Tools will review each request based on:

  • Product condition
  • Proof provided
  • Invoice details
  • Purchase source
  • Courier records
  • Claim timing
  • Product category
  • Policy eligibility

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, alternate product, credit note, or refund only where approved by Yuri Tools.

Final Decision

Yuri Tools reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the policy requirements.
