You can track your Yuri Tools order using the tracking details shared after dispatch.
Tracking details may be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, courier link, or another available communication method depending on the order type and dispatch process.
When Tracking Details Are Shared
Tracking details are usually shared after the order is dispatched or handed over to the courier partner.
For quotation-based, bulk, dealer, distributor, or direct business orders, tracking details may be shared separately by the Yuri Tools team.
Tracking Not Updated?
Courier tracking may take some time to update after pickup.
Tracking updates may be delayed due to:
- Courier scanning delay
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Route delays
- Remote location serviceability
- High shipment volume
- Technical updates from courier systems
If your tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours after dispatch, you may contact Yuri Tools for support.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are generally delivered within 7 to 10 working days depending on location, courier availability, product type, and dispatch status.
Remote locations may require additional delivery time.
What to Share for Tracking Support
Please share:
- Order number
- Invoice number, if available
- Tracking number, if available
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Delivery pincode
Damaged or Wrong Product After Delivery
If your product is received damaged, faulty, wrong, or incomplete, report the issue within 72 hours after delivery.
A clear unboxing video, product photos, packaging photos, invoice, and order details may be required for claim review.
